Use of the service
Inst Automation Bot is provided to help a business monitor Instagram comment events, match those events to configured reply rules, and send private replies through Meta’s APIs. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts, content, and permissions you are authorized to manage.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the Instagram account connected to the app, the response content you configure, and the way the service is used. That includes making sure your automation complies with Meta’s platform policies, Instagram rules, advertising rules where applicable, and any consumer protection or privacy laws that apply to your business.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service to spam users, harass individuals, impersonate another person or business, distribute malicious content, or violate Meta’s terms or community standards. You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, access restrictions, or security checks built into the app or Meta’s platform.
Availability and changes
The service may change over time as Meta changes its APIs, permission model, review requirements, or messaging rules. Features may be updated, limited, or removed when necessary to keep the service working or compliant.
Third-party platforms
The app depends on Meta, Instagram, hosting infrastructure, and network services that are outside the operator’s direct control. If those services change, fail, suspend access, or reject requests, parts of the automation may stop working temporarily or permanently.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
The service is offered on an as-available basis. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep it reliable, but uninterrupted operation, perfect delivery, or error-free performance cannot be guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Inst Automation Bot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost business, or loss of data arising from your use of the service or your inability to use it.
Termination
Access to the service may be suspended or terminated if the app is used in a way that creates abuse, security risk, policy violations, or legal exposure. You may also stop using the service at any time by disconnecting the app and disabling the automation.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service changes or when legal and platform requirements change. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
